Under the leadership of seasoned international business development executive, Michael Dodd, MJD International Group has partnered with a farm in Cambodia to bring sustainable ingredients to US-based manufacturers.
Our partner is a commercial farm focused on doing direct exports from Cambodia to the world. With over 50 employees and 30 associated farms, the company's goal is to create sustainable agricultural solutions focused on quality exports.
Meet Mike Dodd​

MDJ International Group's founder, Mike Dodd, has over 25 years of success directing industry-leading enterprises. He is a skilled relationship builder with a strong understanding of international markets, business practices, and cultures gained from cultivating partnerships throughout the United States, South America, and Asia.

As the President of US Ink, a division of Sun Chemical, Mike managed a team of sales, marketing, technical and manufacturing personnel while traveling regularly to international accounts in South America, Central America and Asia.
​
As Vice President at Flink Ink Corporation, Mike generated millions of dollars in revenue by leading contract negotiations for some of the largest accounts serviced by the company including the NY Times, Gannett and Spencer Press—the 5th largest catalogue printer in the U.S.

Since it’s inception, our farming partner's hands-on approach to philanthropy has helped hundreds of Cambodian families break out of poverty and is continuing to make positive changes in education, nutrition, infrastructure development and community enrichment activities.

The farm has a total land mass of several thousand hectares/acres. Currently most hectares are being cultivated to grow lemongrass, turmeric, black pepper and rosella to meet worldwide demand for sustainably sourced ingredients.

The team conducts both field and academic research on plant species, climate and soil conditions before planting. They draw on local farmer knowledge and consult international growers to formulate the most effective and productive growing strategies.
